# Kardow: the AI job board builder

Kardow is job board software. You describe the board you want, Kardow builds
it, and you can ask it to change anything later. Every board is its own
application rather than a theme, so there is no settings panel to run out of.

## What comes with a board

**Post and manage jobs.** Add jobs yourself, let employers post their own, or
import them in bulk. Approve anything before it goes live, and let listings
expire on their own.

**Get paid.** Charge per job post, sell bundles, run monthly employer
subscriptions, or put listings behind a paywall. Take card payments through
Stripe, or send an invoice or your own payment link. The money goes straight to
the board owner.

**Employers and candidates.** Both sides get their own account. Employers
manage listings and review applicants. Candidates keep a profile, upload a
resume and track applications.

**Never launch empty.** Kardow imports listings from public careers sites and
job feeds every day, filtered to your industry, keywords and locations, so a
board has jobs on it before its owner sells a single post. Over 100 countries,
any language.

**Built for Google.** Listings ship with Google for Jobs markup, sitemaps and a
page for every location and category, so Google can index them properly.

Kardow runs a hosted MCP server at mcp.kardow.com. Connect it to Claude or to
ChatGPT as a custom connector and manage a board by asking: post a job from a
URL, approve pending listings, publish a blog post, upload an image, or ask how

## How it compares

Template platforms (Niceboard, Job Boardly, JBoard) cost $40 to $400 a month
and give you their board with your logo on it, limited to the fields their
settings panel offers.

A custom build from an agency costs $30,000 or more and takes two to four
months, but gives you exactly what you need. Hosting and security become your
responsibility.

Pro, plus 25,000 import credits a month, unlimited team seats, invoices and
payment links, the launch service included, priority support and up to 3
separate job boards.

## Things that are commonly misunderstood

- Kardow is software for running your own job board. It is not a job board and
  does not send candidates or traffic to your board.
- "Connect your own domain" means you bring a domain you already own or buy
  elsewhere. Kardow does not sell domains.
- Imported jobs come from public careers sites and job feeds, not from a Kardow
  jobs database.
- The 14-day trial requires a card. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
