Short links for sharing jobs

Every job now has a short link that's much friendlier to share on social media — no more pasting a giant URL into a LinkedIn or X post.
In your Jobs list, hover a job and you'll see a new link icon next to the title — click it to copy that job's short link straight to your clipboard.
The same Copy short link option is also in the ⋯ menu on the right of each job, next to View and Edit.
The link always points to your job board — if you've connected a custom domain, the short link uses it automatically instead of your kardow address.
On the public job page, the share buttons (X, LinkedIn, copy) now hand out the short link too, so anyone sharing a job gets the clean version.
Short links open the full job page as normal — they're just a shorter way in, nothing changes about the job itself.
